The Channel Islands in Southern California can provide a stellar backdrop for fantastic underwater imaging. Aboard the Truth Aquatics Conception in August 2016, we, along with 20 other underwater image-makers, spent 5 days/nights diving San Clemente Island, Santa Barbara Island, Santa Cruz Island and Anacapa Island in search of kelp forests and other image-worthy marine habitats.

In November 2016, we were back for more fun! Although conditions kept us from our original itinerary of the outer Channel Islands and oil rigs, we still had a blast with a boatful of underwater photographers.
